Warranty and Guarantee Terms
Warranty and Guarantee terms start from purchase date. Buyer
will be responsible, if replacement warranty or money back guarantee ceases due
to late payment. If shipment takes more than 3 days starting from payment date,
any delays will be deducted from the warranty and guarantee time interval.
30 Day Money Back
Guarantee
SIB will accept returned merchandise within the first 30 days after purchase on
a no-questions-asked basis according to the following conditions:
- All returned packages must
include a RMA (Returned Merchandise) number. This number can be acquired by
contacting the Customer Service Department.
- All original packaging,
software, manuals, documents, etc. must be included with the returned
merchandise.
- The RMA must be received in
its original packaging and the packaging must be intact and undamaged. Absence
of the original package will void the guarantee.
- RMA cannot be damaged or
altered in any fashion (including removing any product labeling). Failure on
this will void the guarantee and warranty.
- Customer is responsible for
return shipping and insurance fees. Uninsured items damaged in shipping will
void the guarantee.
- The refunded amount will
consist of the item price, Original charges for shipping,
handling, etc. will not be refunded.
Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not apply to your product under any of the
following conditions:
- The serial number has been
removed or modified.
- Your product has been
subjected to misuse or damage (including water damage, physical abuse, and/or
improper installation).
- Your product has been
modified in any way.
To obtain warrant service:
- All returned packages must

legal rights, which vary, from state to state.
