Does sibstore.com accept phone, fax, email or snail mail orders?

All ordering, price quotes, stock status, and shipping quotes are provided online -- no exceptions. We do not accept phone, fax or e-mail orders or quotes. All pricing quotes on products and shipping are available on the website only.

I think I may have inadvertently placed a duplicate order. What should I do now?

Please call our customer service at <1-866-802-8238 <Mon-Fri: 9.00am - 5.00pm (ET)>. We will void the order for you as long as it has not yet been invoiced or shipped. If duplicate orders have been shipped, obtain the tracking number(s) for the order(s) you do not want and call shipping carrier to refuse those shipments. You will be refunded in full when those items are returned to sibstore.com.

After I submit an order with sibstore.com, how will I be advised of the order's progress?

We will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check our online order status page for live updates.

How long does it generally take to process an order?

It takes one to two business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method and your local USPS or UPS guidelines for delivery.

sibstore.com will put forth its best efforts. We cannot however, guarantee that your order will ship the same day.

May I combine two separate orders to save on shipping costs?

We do not combine orders for you over the phone. However, if you call us before your orders are processed, we can cancel your orders so you can place a single order for all the items you want. Please understand that we cannot cancel an order once it has been scanned by our warehouse.

I am experiencing trouble with my shopping cart. What can I do?

Shopping cart problems usually occur for one or more of the following reasons:

USPS has my package but they have not delivered it yet. Why?

Please contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) Holiday Hours to obtain further status on your package(s). The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your local USPS hub. sibstore.com would always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP. If USPS is holding them, please contact USPS.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please call our Customer Service at  1-866-802-8238 (Mon-Fri: 9.00am - 5.00pm (ET)) if you're unable to locate an item.

Does sibstore.com ship internationally?

sibstore.com does not currently ship internationally; we only deliver to location within the United States.

Does my expedited shipping option (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) ensure my order will be shipped out the same day it is placed?

Unfortunately it does not. All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, at this time we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order.

My item has arrived but it was damaged What must I do?

All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 5 calendar days after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only.

The shipping carrier has returned my order/package to sibstore.com. What happens now?

Once we receive the package, we'll credit your credit card back in full, including any shipping costs you may have paid. If you paid via check or money order, we'll send you a check for the full amount.

What is your shipping policy?

sibstore.com only ship via USPS. Customer should receive an email notification with the delivery confirmation once shipped. We provide Delivery confirmation for US Domestic shipment. If you see there are no changes on the delivery confirmation, most likely the database hasn’t been updated and it will update once delivered. For more information, visit USPS at http://www.usps.com

Please be assured that we have shipped the item once you receive the email notification. If you didn’t receive a shipping notification, most likely your mail server is blocking our emails.

What is the normal delivery time?
